7700 Atomizer® Spray Gun Choices
Apollo offers 7 spray guns that are compatible with the POWER-3 VS™. Choose the gravity or bottom-feed cup option that best fits your needs.

Available Tip Sizes For The 7700 Spray Gun (System comes with one tip size). - Select your choice of a single tip size at checkout.
  • 0.8mm for spraying thin dyes and stains, base coat on cars
  • 1.0mm for spraying base and metallics on cars, along with most solvent and waterborne finishes on wood
  • 1.3mm for pigmented solvent finishes, some polyurethane.
  • 1.5mm for pigmented waterborne finishes, waterborne polyurethane
  • 1.8mm for primers, some latex paint
  • 2.0mm for primers, latex paint, multi fleck materials
    • 2.5mm for Gelcoat, Dope
    Available air cap sizes for the 7500 spray gun (system comes with one air cap size). We will normally pair the appropriate standard air cap based on your tip size selected at checkout. If you prefer a High Solids air cap or a different size air cap other than the standard size please let us know your preferred air cap size in the checkout notes.
    • "Clear Coat" Cap is paired with the 0.5mm needle and nozzle
    • "A" air cap is paired with the 0.8 mm needle and nozzle
    • "B" air cap is paired with the 1.0mm, 1.3mm and 1.5mm needle and nozzle
    • "C" air cap is paired with the 1.8mm and 2.0mm needle and nozzle
    • "D" air cap is paired with the 2.5mm needle and nozzle
    The high solid air caps are intended to be used for spraying high viscos or thicker pigmented paints. However, you can also pair them for custom effects and we encourage to mix and match.
    • "B" High Solids (HS) air cap is paired with the 1.0mm, 1.3mm and 1.5mm needle and nozzle
    • "C" High Solids (HS) air cap is paired with the 1.8mm and 2.0mm needle and nozzle
    • "D" High Solids (HS) air cap is paired with the 2.5mm needle and nozzle
